Booking and Other Details:
We are soon opening the booking of apartments at Shayan Iconic Pearl at a special discounted price. All apartments are available for reservation on small down payment and the rest you may pay following an easy installment plan on a first-come, first-serve basis. We present a complete payment breakdown at the time of booking so the customer can make an informed decision. You will not be charged any extra charges other than those mentioned at the time of reservation.

Terms & Conditions
- Documentation Charges for Lease & connections for Gas, Electricity, Water & Sewerage will be charged Extra. As & when demanded by the Company.
- Token amount validity only remains for 5 days.
- The allottee shall pay cost of documentation. Utility services, sub-lease charges to the developer promptly on demand.
- The allottee shall pay all installments on due dates as per ‘Payment Schedule’ All • Installments shall be paid before 10th of each month.
