Type A apartment consists of 5 rooms designed to contribute to customer’s comfort and luxury. The apartment comprise of three super spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, drawing room with a powder room, a store and a terrace. It is also equipped with a small balcony to add enhanced charm to your residency.

This category is the perfect fit for the definition of luxury and comfort.


Type A-1 apartment is also a 5 room apartment, similar to the Type A category. It is more of an inverted copy of the type A design. It consists of 3  super spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, drawing room with a powder room, a store and a terrace. It is also equipped with a small balcony to add enhanced charm to your residency.

Type A-2 apartment is also a five-room apartment with a different design from type A and type A-1.  It consists of 3  super spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, drawing room with a powder room, and a store. Type A-2 has two terraces that let you enjoy two different views.

  • Documentation Charges for Lease & connections for Gas, Electricity, Water & Sewerage will be charged Extra. As & when demanded by the Company.
  • Token amount validity only remains for 5 days.
  • The allottee shall pay cost of documentation. Utility services, sub-lease charges to the developer promptly on demand.
  • The allottee shall pay all installments on due dates as per ‘Payment Schedule’ All • Installments shall be paid before 10th of each month.
  • Extra charges for corner apartment: Rs. 350,000
